Science: We read about turtles and tortoises from The Natural World Illustrated Science Encyclopedia by Usborne.

Religion: Read a chapter in the Bible and studied in Preach My Gospel.
Math: Did a Saxon 7/6 lesson.
Language Arts: Did a Daily Grams lesson

Art: Painted pumpkins (Yes, can you believe it Tasha? Oh that's right, they were home with the babysitter then).

To Show Parent Core/Love of Learner/Scholar here are some things we modeled to the children today...
Deanna: Scriptures, journal, word of the day, read a book about the works of Louis L'Amour for a BYU writing assignment, and went on a date to the temple.
Alex: Scriptures, word of the day, finished roofing the house, went to work, I still don't know what he his listening too, and went on a date with me to the temple.
